Excellent, outstanding service I recently needed to buy a pavement 4mph mobility scooter. I had looked online so had a rough idea of specifications and prices but was very confused about how to choose the best one for my situation.

I rang Dalesway and was advised to pop into the shop. The owner spent time explaining various options so I felt more secure in my choice. The fact l could try it outside was brilliant too.

They were excellent and l would recommend using this store to anyone needing help with mobility choices, thank you very much

Would use them again

Deserves more stars!Have been a customer for about 10 years. I bought a mobility scooter about 8 years ago, Lewis was brilliant helping me choose it and repairing things that had worn out through heavy use. I have just become the proud new owner of a powerchair and again Lewis was fantastic, knowledgable, helpful, friendly. In a world that’s not so great anymore, Dalesway Mobility is an example that there are still great people in the world.I think they should be used as a template on how a business should be run.

Hired a scooter yesterday from here. They couldn’t have been more helpful. My husband had a good few hrs out and about. Thank you Dalesway.

Cannot fault them These guys are so knowledgeable and helpful. Give good advice without pressuring you. Their after sales service is excellent. I’ve been going to them for a number of years and to be honest I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. They are really good and always willing to help. Highly recommend them.
